A reception person attended my partner, who was feel a bit not good at the moment of check-in, kindly arranged a room even before the official check-in hour. thank you very much for your flexibility and hospitality! our trip after then went super as planned to enjoy Hamburg! The breakfast was great, and so was the staff. Location is great right by the train station Altona. Also the room was nice and large ,with a double couch.
